Inkjet Printers in general offer unprecedented possibilities for direct-to-shape printing. Accolor cylindrical inkjet printers are designed for printing on either flat- or taper-walled cylindrical objects such as water bottles, pint glasses and other drinkware.
With rotary inkjet printer using accolor, you now have the ability to print in a full 360 degrees directly on an object in full CMYK+W+V, thus eliminating the step of applying a label to the object. With inkjet, short-run bottle printing is also now possible. Water bottle printers, wine bottle printers, squeeze bottle printing, it’s all possible on our cylindrical inkjet printers.

Automatic scanning and modeling of irregular products
Accolor's self-developed automatic modeling system, when the first printing of irregular products requires manual product outline drawing, this automatic modeling device will automatically generate the outline of the product by passing the spray car over the product, and then import it into the printing system, so that the image will not change when printing irregular products.
UV TRANSPARENT CURING
Transparent products such as plastic bottles and glassware can be printed without the need to fill the container with substances that block ultraviolet radiation. This UV transparent curing technology reduces wear on the print head, improves the production process, and ensures that your product remains uncontaminated inside. The accolor uses a unique curing lamp to ensure uniform fixation of radiation within the radius, taper, and curvature range of the container.

TAPERED OBJECT PRINT
The ACCOLOR cylindrical inkjet printer prints directly on conical objects. Adjust the fixture tilt according to the shape of the object until it is parallel to the spray truck, and establish an object contour model to import into the printing system.

A glass is a transparent container. Traditionally, UV printing on clear beverage utensils would result in color printing on the outside, but white printing on the inside. accolor uses mirror printing to (cmyk+w+cmyk+v) allow the operator to reverse print the same image to display colored artwork inside and outside the container
